About

Engineer by trade. Photographer by instinct.

I'm Albert Kojo Essiaw. A Ghanaian-American photographer and software engineer based in Bloomington, Indiana. KojoLens started as a way to slow down and pay attention; it became a practice of finding the exact moment light tells the truth.

The engineering shows up in how I work: planned locations, timed light, reliable delivery. The rest, the warmth, the color, and the patience comes from everywhere else I'm from.
